Lovely Family Beach House for a couple with 2 kids (i.e. one baby and one teen).
Downstairs: Entrance, small toilet, living room, kitchen-dining area and workspace-fitness-room.
Upstairs: Bedroom with bathroom, kids-bathroom, 2 kids-bedrooms (baby and teen).
