What this mod adds
It's an ancestral Filipino house repurposed with more up-to-date (but still culturally Filipino) interiors! The house is a bahay-na-bato or "stone house" for 4 people. It has an antique sort of aesthetic, but the furnishing is fit for the modern Filipino family, complete with a sari-sari store, back porch, and a gaming room for the kids!
