Samantha's three story town center townhouse has been re-imagined as a dark and moody one bedroom + ensuite in the basement with laundry room. The middle floor with courtyard access has a large kitchen with integrated dining + coffee station with a small balcony to enjoy the sunrises with coffee & the newspaper. The top floor is living room & primary bathroom with two small balconies.
