What this mod adds
2 bed 1.5 bath modern cottage. Made based on a floorplan from https://www.architecturaldesigns.com/house-plans/craftsman-cottage-with-vaulted-great-room-and-optional-lower-level-expansion-1368-sq-ft-420113wnt
I made a couple changes to the floorplan to make it work for the game. The decor is fairly basic to allow for easy customization.
