Music Label with Dorms for Artists

-No CC -No color change or filter used in any of my images (except default filter of in-game photo mode) INTRO This build started with me happened to find pre-made build that its layout fit to be small music label. I thought "oh I'll modify the layout a bit and place only basic furniture for it to look like a music label, then upload it for everyone to create lively label from this base<3" And here it is.. I ENDED UP DOING MUCH MORE THAN I HAD INTENDED TO TT ..I'm not a builder, This build is too big to be my first ever build.. My apology if anything is lacking -/\- ANYWAY, this build is not that realistic but it's a fun lot :D I hope this lot could also give you guys various ideas. This lot is 5 stories building, but it also has a basement and the top floor is a loft. Every floor except the loft is fully furnished. The loft has beautiful front view and has its own balcony at the back. You could move in your artist paras and style the loft the way you like. It suit top artists of the label. Or you can start from choosing a room in lower levels and let your paras build their way to top star step by step XD It's a big build, my suggestion: have 8 musician paras or 7 musician plus one manager/boss in your household. Base on design of my build, you could have up to 5 different artist teams in your household. For example, trio + duo + 3 solo singers OR only two of 3-5 paras teams. And of course, you can focus only one team or one para. Others can just be there to make it look like your para really in the label and be your para's friends. OR you could play your para as label owner.. that might be fun too. Having 8 is not chaotic in this current state of the game, not yet, since para can standstill or talk for hours. It would be much better though if with the future game updates, para can lock door.. can choose bed.. and watch certain TV when we point them to (not another TV instead). To the Devs, fighting<3 -------------- BUILDING DETAILS Build on lot next to hospital (You need to move the pre-made para who lives there to other lot first. OR just have her sell the house then switch to your own para, she'll automatically become homeless townie. Being homeless townie, she'll still walk around town but will just go back to 'fake home' out of town instead and appears in town again the next days, won't disappear. LOT NAME: Music Label with Dorms for Artists 8br, 7ba Price: 180,068 Basement: LOUD AREA -a streaming room -a recording studio [with current contents, idk what to put in there, so I just put in random stuffs. Builders probably be able to make a mic and lots of other stuffs out of nothing, though] -a band rehearsal room -a dance practice room 1st Floor or Ground Floor: OFFICE AREA -a reception -an office -a meeting room -a locker room with a toilet inside 2nd Floor: LIVING SPACE FOR ALL (I barely made changes to this floor from pre-made) -a kitchen -a dining room -a living room -a tattoo room (I also keep this room from pre-made in case your artists like to change tattoos, even though it's probably not realistic to have in label) -a double room for a manager or any 1-2 paras -a shower room 3rd Floor: DORMS FOR CUTE ARTISTS (can house up to 4 paras of the same team or separate teams) -twin room / bedroom for 2 paras -double room / bedroom for 1-2 paras -shower room -bathroom -laundry room -living room 4th Floor: DORMS FOR MORE MUSCULINE ARTISTS (can house up to 5 paras of the same team or separate teams) -a triple room (studio) / bedroom with its own living room & refrigerator + microwave for 3 paras ***That 'Night' mage is wrong. The ceiling is actually dark sky color. I forgot to take a pic of the newest version of that room and mistakenly post it here. I'll upload the correct one later -----a toilet with no shower for the triple room -----a shower room with no toilet for the triple room -a double room / bedroom with its own living room for 1-2 paras -----a shower room for this double room -laundry room 5th Floor or Top Floor: UNFURNISHED LOFT WITH BALCONY FOR TOP ARTISTS -the entire front of the loft is made up of full-glass windows.. best view there -a nice size balcony at the back ..nice view of cemetery XD -an undecorated bathroom Secret Area There's space that you could even fit a whole bedroom in under the balcony (between the balcony and the bedroom 2 of the 4th floor) With nature of the loft, it's hard to navigate camera around that area.. make it hard to decorate. But if you want to make use of it somehow, you can make it part of the loft by making arch doors at the back of 'below level' of the loft. This way, you won't accidently mess with building structures and it allow you to see more clearly. OR, you could make a whole room for new para or a mysterious room..by adding access from the main stairs room (the same level with the main door of loft). Rooftop I already built a staircase to rooftop, so you could decorate it to be relaxing space for everyone or even add rooftop dorm there. I didn't add anything on the rooftop or make the build taller because I tried to avoid blocking hospital sign. Gonna need to pretend I care for society.. all the while built a LOUD building next to hospital XD OH right!! P.S. your (pre-made)neighbor's TREES ARE TOO BIG and leap into your label!! You might wanna scold you neighb.. I edited many times and played test every time after each edit, but may not long enough. If you find any issue with this lot, please don't hesitate to inform me. I normally only do a bit of interior design or just add a room even back in the sims. This is like my first build.. ever (actually, I just renovated & added floors..). I just started learning how to build in Paralives with this build. It took me a whole day just to build a loft on top of a building the way I had intended.. without destroying any part of lower floors. A lot of problem solving. I've always in awe of everyone's builds and been respecting builders so much. I loves exploring and downloading a lot suitable lots for my paras. SO, I'd love to, if I could see how everyone modify this build further.
