Move In Ready Starter for THAT Lot

I designed this for gameplay purposes. Two reasons: 1. That lot... It is a pain. The way it overlaps with nearby lots. It isn't quite straight. Etc... I was tired of wrestling with it so I want an easy place to start when building there. 2. I wanted to play a game like real life: Have the basics when I move in and then try to buy the rest in town. So, there is a kitchen, 2.5 baths, a "hot tub" (resized tub) on the back deck, a balcony, fans, outlets, switches, coffee maker (essential and obviously brought along), washer/dryer hookup area, some built in storage space...but the rest is yours to create! The walls are still brick excluding one I had to widen so I made it rock. =) Enjoy! I plan to share the build on FB and YT: Ps-This is all a simulation
