Modern House (Stephens & Weber) [Modded]

This is my first ever build! It is made for my Stephens & Weber household. I used this floor plan to create this build. This build also uses various mods & a few custom images (shown in second to last photo). The polaroids in the second floor bedroom are not filled out as I planned to add them with selfies and photos of friends (which I have not taken yet). This house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a terrace, and a balcony. This was built in the empty lot next to the O'Reilly household by the beach.
