Introducing Laundry Co, Paralives first every Laundromat! This build comes with (first floor laundromat) an office, pickup/drop off room, lounge and public bathroom! The upstairs studio apartment has one bathroom, one bedroom, living/dining connected and a balcony. I hope you all enjoy!
