Hardmode Pack – Overhaul Difficulty rebalances several core gameplay systems to make daily life more challenging, rewarding, and realistic. Managing your Paras will now require better planning, smarter budgeting, and proper skill development.

🌙 Badmoon Story Card Pack Adds new negative storycards for your storytellers and reduces story card choices from 3 to 1, making life more unpredictable and forcing your Paras to deal with the consequences of fate.

💸 Increased Living Expenses

Life isn't cheap anymore!

Higher rent costs (3%) Increased electricity bills (1.5 per unit) Increased water bills (1.5 per unit)

Managing a household budget now requires much more attention.

😫 Faster Need Decay

Your Paras' needs decrease more quickly than in the base game.

Hunger drops faster Hygiene lower cap faster decay ( Brushing teeth increase hygiene cap) Other needs become harder to maintain

Salary/Performance and maximum strike reduced.

🎮 Fun

Fun is no longer something you can ignore. While the Fun bar is larger, it fills much more slowly. Let it get too low, and your Paras will suffer negative mood effects and debuffs. (Testing things with Jester might have some bugs)

🔧 Skill-Based Repairs

No more magically fixing everything!

(Let's be honest—I can't repair my fridge when it starts shooting sparks either.)

Paras now require the appropriate Repair Skill before they can fix broken objects.
