Mod description
An attempt at recreating the house where some of my best friends used to live in Den Haag at Het Spui.
The lot is a old Dutch townhouse that has been converted into appartments. It holds a basement, a ground floor (probably ocupied by your landlord's grandson) and an upstairs appartment.
Will you renovate and restore it to its former glory or revel in student living aesthetic?
