Cubby Loft Staircase

A compact half-turn staircase made for tiny homes, lofts and small spaces. It winds around a rounded central wall and hides a built-in storage cubby under the upper flight.

Features

• 8 treads winding around a rounded central wall

• Fits exactly between walls in a 1.5 × 1 grid stairwell; the floor opening matches the stairwell

• Black metal handrails on the central wall, with an end post on the upper floor at native railing height, so a matching metal fence connects naturally

• Can be flipped

• 4 recolor/retexture options: Treads & Stringers, Risers & Storage Interior, Storage Surround & Central Wall, Handrail

Tips

• Open left side leave the left side without a wall to show the side handrail; place a wall there and the handrail hides inside it.

Info

• Footprint 1.5 × 1 grids (fits between the walls)

• Works best with walls from 200 to 260 cm (79 to 102 inches); like a real loft stair, it gets steeper with higher walls

• Not designed for stacking
