Mod description

This is the second house I have built on Paralives --but the first that felt good enough to share with everyone! In game, the price of this lot is just over 33k Paradimes. If you want to start with this home, I recommend adjusting your starting balance with your storyteller of choice.

To start, you will need these 2 items from the workshop

Different Font Rugs by WhiteWolf (for the rug at the front door): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3737563664

Fully Customizable Carpet by eurthfish

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3733862196

Additionally, I have found some rug textures that I love so below will be a Google Drive link for you to download if you want them in your game as well. I did not make these textures. I just saved images of rugs I found on Google Images. The flower photo in the hallway was found on a royalty free image website. The sign above the bed was designed by me in Canva. The link for everything I just described in this paragraph is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xJOe1i2QH870DSUIFusf2MZTOEIGDrtJ?usp=sharing

This floorplan was built and inspired by this one: https://www.houseplans.com/plan/496-square-feet-1-bedroom-1-bathroom-0-garage-cottage-sp352632
