Note You may need to bulldoze the existing lot before placing this build.
If the lot appears to float after placement, use the Move Lot tool located next to Save Lot in Build Mode. Hold Shift while placing the house to move, raise or lower it until it sits correctly on the terrain.
**Lot Size Tip You can create custom lot sizes in Paralives. If you're not sure how, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube and Google that show the process step by step.
