Can I own a Beach in Paralives?
No. Beach lots are owned by the town in Early Access build 1, not by players. There is no "open your own beach" mechanic - the game has no shop-ownership, restaurant-running, or business-income system yet.
No careers spawn at this lot type either - Beach is a pure background / autonomy lot. The game's only income sources tied to this lot are walk-up interactions (e.g. selling collectibles at the museum, painting commissions).
