Useful Skills
Each skill level adds +$15/day to income. Leveling multiple useful skills adds a +$15/day combo bonus.
Performance Tips
Skill level relative to job rank directly changes performance:
+30
when above rank,
+20
when matching,
-30
when below.
Four basic needs - Hunger, Sleep, Bathroom, and Hygiene - each reduce performance by 100 points when critically low before a shift. Send your Parafolk to work with all needs topped up to avoid strikes.
A strike is issued when performance drops below 10 points. After 3 strikes the Parafolk is fired.
