Wallpaper Tile & Stretch

Needs to be moved to the local mods folder to work properly. Adds an option for wallpapers which automatically tile and stretch. As this is not a proper wallpaper they are listed with picture frames. The default wallpapers are meant to be replaced and can be found in the images folder of the mod. Just replace each image with another of the same name. Images should be 2048x2048 or else they will be too small or stretched.
