[Pebbles] No Overlapping Icons (Resize And Scale)

This mods fixes the overlapping resize and scale icons by slightly adjusting their positions. Conflicting Mods This mod will conflict with mods which also override the following settings. I’m not aware of any mods that do that. Please let me know if you are experiencing issues.
