Hijab and turban quick fix

Removes the tag "HairCovering" from the hijab and the turban, allowing you to apply them individually to outfits and use different swatches, just like any other headwear item. This also removes them from the "Hair Coverings" section under hairs, but you can still find them in hats/headwear.
