[TEA] Palette for Untextured Plain Wall Paint

This mod adds 43 additional swatches to the default "WallPaint" palette in the game and any wall paints that use it. I created it so that my "Untextured Plain Wall Paint" would be able to match my "Diagonal Transition Wall Paint A/B," without having to create new swatches. I'm posting this palette update as a separate mod since not everyone wants all of these swatches cluttering their default palette. This palette is NOT required to use any of my walls; it's just an optional add on in case you want to have the paint colors that match my "Diagonal Transition Wall Paint A/B" preloaded for you instead of having to create swatches. The colors also look great on any walls that use the default "WallPaint" palette, too!
