Just Cousins?

（NOCC） To the neighborhood, Lucian Reed and Silas Wood are distant cousins. They are not. Their lie began with an act of kindness. When Silas, a wandering young man with nowhere to go, stepped in to help Lucian, Lucian offered him something in return: a place to stay. Now they share a home and a secret.
