Use Telescope Until Cancelled

This mod keeps your para looking through the telescope until you cancel. The game currently has it set to last for 30 in game minutes. This mod overrides that. This makes it easier to learn science and astronomy without having to keep telling your para to look through the telescope or draw up a que.
