No More Thought Bubbles

I found the thought bubbles above the paras and community boards obtrusive as they showed through the walls in my house. So this mod removes them. You can still get goals and complete them. When you complete a goal and click on the para through goals to find them, the camera will still bring you to them, but they will NOT have the question mark thought bubble. This mod is good if you find the thought bubbles annoying and or don't want them showing through your house. And for those who want to take screenshots and screen recordings.
