What this mod adds
Cute starter home for a single girl with a green thumb and a penchant for books--who may or may not be an aspiring writer, and who may or may not have recieved a small loan of 70k paradimes from her parents. Featuring a wrap-around porch and a small garden; three bed and one + half bath, with one room blank for you to do with as you please.
