Interaction: Stroll here var1 (by Tiaaze)

Adds a new interaction to have your Para stroll somewhere, letting them take their time and enjoy the scenery instead of jogging or running! Animation is from the game. Known issue: Before your Para stops the animation will restart. I don't have any animation knowledge so if anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate the help. :) This is variant 1! It will place the "Stroll here" interaction at the bottom of the list. Will not cause conflicts and less likely to break with updates. If you would rather have the "Stroll here" interaction below "Go here", use variant 2. Do not use these two together!
