Melino Great Gatehouse v1 unfurnished

Initial upload of an ongoing build project. likley much better performance than future versions with furniture and decoration. While most of Old Melino's once formidable wall has been demolished for construction materials over the centuries, the impressive main gate still stands. Once this gate would have been the first things merchants takinng the overland route would have seen, a reminder of the city's wealth and power. The twin gatehouses, formidable keeps in their own right, have a long history steeped in pragmatism more so than the palatial city center. Though it shares many architectural hallmarks with the Melino palace, it also lacks some of the more advanced later flourishes such as the famous round towers. The Cliffward tower once housed the servants quarters (including kitchen), the dining hall, the library, and an impressive visitors quarters( which often went inhabited by Castellan and their family). The seaward tower stands as a reminder of the darker aspects of Melino's past, and is rumoured by some locals to be haunted. The highest level contains the quarters of the court physician. lower levels contain the garrison barracks, storage, and dungeons.
