What this mod adds
A furnished version of my Lustron House, set up for two roommates loosely based on a friend and myself.
While a Lustron can easily house a small family, this one has found itself unlucky enough to be inhabited by a pair of nerdy roommates. The master bedroom reflects residence of a writer and visual artist with an interest in old electronics, while the smaller bedroom/office is "decorated" by the eclectic collection of a musician who loves kitsch. The interior at large wears decor mostly meant to compliment the Lustron's midcentury spirit, but is nevertheless marked by the shared lives of two young adults without any clue as to how life works. Atleast one of them is trying to grow some plants!
This isn't a particularly cluttered lot, rather functionally lived-in. Items are loosely organized and scattered randomness is minimal. Think of it as what your friend's house looks like when they're expecting above-average company but aren't going to the effort of putting every cup of microwave ramen away. Also they refuse to mow, preferring to let the dandelions grow. So it is as nature intended, with little metal houses surrounded by flowers and full of ramen-fueled thrift store purchases.
About $40,000, two beds and one bath. Unlike my unfurnished Lustron, I took a crack at replicating the master bedroom built-in vanity, but still left the kitchenette china cabniet up to your interpretation. A few mods were used for clutter items, so those're marked as required. Oh, also, I recommend disabling the placement grid when placing the house, as I've found that can totally screw up walls in Paralives' current state. If they fix that someday, go nuts with that grid!
