Fix Different Issues With Life Goals

• Lifegoals showing as completed immediately : rewards were missing • Added "or reached level 20" to upgrade skill goals to keep them attainable. • Big house 2 needs to be completed before big house 3 show • Fixed Loyal Worker : • It seems that the condition for the friendship with a coworker just stopped working, so I used a different one. It's a bit more convoluted but it seems to work. • The test for has worked at the same company for X days just doesn't work, so I've replaced it with "has worked 10 days since having this goal" but I've left the "at the same company" in the objective for storytelling purposes.
