Beige Brick Family House

Welcome to 65 Oak Street—the ultimate cozy family home. 🏡✨ For my third Paralives build, I wanted to create a warm, lived-in suburban house perfect for a growing family! I used a classic tan brick exterior paired with warm wood trims, filling the yard with lush trees and beautiful red rose bushes to give it that picture-perfect curb appeal. 🌹🌿 This home is packed with character and functional spaces from top to bottom: * The Great Outdoors: The back of the house features a fully fenced-in yard, a sandpit for the children, garden patches ready for planting, and a clothing line catching the breeze. * The Main Floor: Step past the built-in garage into an expansive open-concept layout. There’s a massive kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, a dedicated dining space with bold red accents, a cozy home office nook, and a warm living room anchored by a fireplace. * The Upper Level: Upstairs is an absolute dream! It holds a spacious master bedroom featuring a private fireplace, multiple beautifully detailed childrens' rooms as well as a play area, and a secondary lounge area. * The Private Balcony: Step out from the upper floor onto a massive tiled balcony, fully equipped with gym gear like a treadmill and weight bench so your Parafolks can work out with a view! 💪☀️ Building this home was incredibly fun, and I'm so happy with how all the interior color schemes came together. Imagine raising a family here, watching the children play in the sandpit while the garden grows, and gathering around the fireplace altogether in the evenings. It truly feels like the perfect place for a Parafolk family to make lifelong memories!
