[vyx] Look Up! Camera Tweaks

Adjusted camera settings so that looking up isn't as restrictive in certain zoom levels. Play around with the zoom and camera position to adjust the height (the further you zoom out, the higher you'll be and vice versa.) Each example was taken in the same position & zoom level to showcase the angle limitation of an unmodded vs modded camera. For Photo mode camera, I recommend using LazyDuchess' Free Camera mod (requires BepInEx)
