No More Muscle Changes

There are mods for preventing weight changes but not one for muscle changes, so I figured I'd try making one. With this mod, Paras should no longer passively gain or lose muscle mass. This should also prevent active muscle gain from exercise, but I haven't tested it enough to be 100% sure.
