Last night, what was supposed to be a historic, sold-out midnight release performance for the Leaky Ink League’s explosive new album, We Built This!, turned into an international security crisis. The band has completely vanished, leaving behind an empty venue, a baffled fanbase, and a heavily compromised Simlandia government. The Album That Sparked a War Industry insiders knew We Built This! was going to turn heads, but no one realized it would paint a target on the band's backs. The tracklist takes direct, uncompromising shots at the untouchable titans of commerce. Songs like the title track "We Built This!" and "Gilded Gutter" are scathing indictments of corporate greed, explicitly lampooning tech oligarchs like Def Layzoes and Feelon Tusk. To the Third Order of Simlandia, the album wasn't just punk rock; it was a threat to the state. The Midnight Plot Uncovered According to highly classified leaks from the band’s internal security team, the danger escalated far beyond political censorship. Moments before the band was set to take the stage, intelligence operatives intercepted a live, state-sanctioned plot to kidnap producer and lead guitarist Sunny Leyva right from the venue's loading dock. Recognizing that the Third Order had infiltrated Del Sol Valley's highest levels, the security detail initiated a scorched-earth extraction protocol. The band never made it to the stage. Instead, under the cover of a simulated power outage, they were smuggled onto a covert cargo train bound for Melino, a jurisdiction completely outside Simlandia's grasp. In a frantic attempt to cover their tracks, the band's security team scrubbed their physical coordinates from every satellite network. However, rumors are swirling through the underground that the digital coordinates to find them are hidden in plain sight. In true punk rock fashion, the band has provided the route to freedom and safety.
