Writing Skill (+14 Occupations) [PAUSED]

NOTE: This mod is incompatible with other mods that introduce a writing skill! And since there is quite a few now I probably won't keep updating, or at least pause, this one since I feel others do it better <3 (and I have other projects up my sleeve) Adds a writing skill under the art knowledge domain. Also includes wants, lifegoals and 14 new occupations with relevance to the new writing skill! Some occupations are cross-domain. The skill is set to a max of 20 levels and an interaction to practice writing on the computer is included. Some wants related to writing exist (for example "Write for 2 hours in total") but more are in the works!
