Darker Nights

Makes nightime twice as dark. Due to how character shading works they will still be lit as normal but you can install another mod to change the character shading. I'm not removing the character shading here because that's very taste dependant i'll leave that up to you if you want to change it. More options is always nice. Changes: - Night time ambient lighting reduced by half. - Moon lighting reduced by half. - Slightly increased night time shadows.
