From inspiration to perk tree point

Each inspiration counts one kind of action as a running total. A reached goal is claimed for the Faith shown; level I costs no Faith for 52 of the 71 inspirations. Claiming adds 1 or 2 notches to the inspiration bar of its colour and opens the next level. A full bar becomes one inspiration point: the first takes 2 notches, the second 3, the third 4 and every one after that 5. Every perk tree node costs one point of its colour.
