Each organ comes in 6 versions that differ in skulls and quality. The gold-quality version of each organ needs the most Anatomy to extract: Skin 6, Bones 7, Skull 8 and Heart, Brain and Guts 13. Only the gold-quality Heart, Brain and Guts, plus Flesh and Blood carry alchemy runes.
White skulls score graves, red skulls open zombie perk slots
A buried corpse's white skulls are the most quality its grave can reach, and each red skull uses up one of the grave's wreaths; on a resurrected zombie, each red skull opens a perk slot.
