Work zones, needs and rehiring
A work zone is a set of facilities assigned to staff to limit where they work. Staff use the facilities in their work zone and go outside it only for a facility it does not have. A work zone can hold habitats, aquariums, exhibits, shops (including custom souvenir shops and restaurants), staff facilities, transport ride stations, power systems, water treatment, ATMs and toilets.
Staff energy drops over time and faster under a heavy workload, and comes back while resting in a Staff Room. Pay and attractive scenery around their work keep staff happy; unhappy staff quit. Rehiring a quitting staff member costs one year of pay at their pay level.
