What this mod adds
Enables the setting to Always Show All Available Wants. With this, cooldowns won't be taken into account and all appropriate wants will be able to be selected from so you'll have about 20-30 to choose from when picking a reaction to an emotion rather than like 1-3 specifically selected ones.
