Melina Oaks Living

Built on large lot above the train tracks. P176,081. 2128m2. Melina Oaks Living is a retirement home currently under construction and still a WIP. The shell is complete though, and some interior spaces have been started, but there's plenty of room for creativity and customization. A few mods were used during the build, I'll try my best to list any required ones I used. Feel free to download, renovate, furnish, whatever you want! I'd love to see what you create :)
