Autumn Fair

A little autumn fair for upcoming season. Got inspired by TS1 magic town, threw a little clownish vibes in there. It contains a cafe, a little performance stage, place for games and shop tables (hopefuly functional in the future!). Wasn't sure what lot type to set it to, so for now it's just residental. I will be updating it as soon as new features will come out :)
