The Little Black Chapel

A traditional small chapel, at least it used to be.

The current owners have painted it black, added some questionable decor, and have let the graveyard overgrow.

I guess it's to be expected considering we only ever see them out at night.

Still, it is a great place to host a wedding, as they have an outdoor ceremony space beneath the weeping willow, and the indoor chapel as well!

Although, it looks like someone currently has it set up for a funeral.

The lot comes complete with stylish living quarters and a peaceful viewing room for the family of the deceased that can be converted into a spare bedroom or an office.

You could obviously repaint, if black isn't your thing. So please don't let the color scare you away.

The ghosts, on the other hand, might be a more powerful deterrent.

But not to worry, I've been told they are not vengeful!
