[FlaviaForesta] Cozy Fall Cottage

Just in time for the upcoming cozy season, I built a cozy fall cottage and decorated it as autumnal as possible! 🍄🦔🍁

🏡 Starting from the bottom floor, the house includes

• a front yard with a large porch
• a living room with built-in bookshelves, a fireplace, and a counter leading to the kitchen
• a small storage closet
• a small bathroom with a toilet and shower tub
• a combined laundry room and pantry
• a large kitchen with a dining area, a serving hatch to the living room, and access to the sunroom
• a large sunroom opening onto the garden, furnished with lots of plants, a painting area, a piano, and a cozy sitting area
• a terrace leading out to the garden, with an ivy-covered loggia, a grill, and seating
• a large garden with a herb bed, an apple tree, a well, and a beehive
• a large bedroom with built-in closets and access to the home office
• a home office that also includes a vanity table
• a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large bathtub
• a children’s room (ideal for twins) with a raised platform and a half-height partition
• a decorated roof (which, unfortunately, is not accessible)

💰📐The lot is located at 216 Souvenir Street, covers 464 square meters, and costs 170,853 fully furnished. As always, I recommend clearing the lot before placing the house. _________________________________________________________________

❗❕ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DOWNLOAD ❕❗

I’ve used several mods, which should be listed on the right. If you want to use all the items shown in the photos (such as the cute plushies), you should download them first. I can really recommend all of them!

I’ve also uploaded lots of patterns and images to the game, including most of the carpets and cushions, the tiles in the kitchen, as well as most paintings. Everything (except mods) that is not included in the base game is just an example of what the game can do, and unfortunately it is not included in the download. However, you can use this feature yourself by adding pictures that suit your taste or resemble the patterns. When placing a customisable frame, cushion or carpet, all you have to do is click the + button at the end of the listed pictures to add your own pictures directly from your computer. _________________________________________________________________
