Light coloured little starter house

I’ve built a small starter house! It costs exactly what you have available as a single-person household at the start, and it’s fully furnished so you can start playing right away. Starting from the lowest floor, the house includes: - a small front yard with a garden bench - a porch leading to the front door, with lots of flowers and a small gardening corner - an open living area with a hallway (including a coat closet), kitchen and small living area - a small storage room with supplies, tools and laundry area - an open upper floor with a sleeping and work area, plus space for future hobbies - a small bathroom with an open shower - a large balcony with seating and more flowers and plants For cost reasons there's no stereo system or computer. However, you can quickly get the computer through the option to take over a discarded computer from your employer. The house covers 200 square meters and costs 28,811 fully furnished (the lot costs 1,180, leaving 9 of the 30,000 starting capital). Before you place the lot, I’d recommend clearing it out in build mode - this will also give you an additional 120 in capital. I’ve used several mods, which should be listed on the right. If you want to use all the items shown in the photos (such as the cute animal pillows), you should download them first. I can really recommend all of them! I’ve also uploaded many patterns and images to the game myself, including the beautiful lithographs on the upper floor next to the bathroomdoor, which unfortunately can't be included in the download. However, you can use this feature yourself by using pictures that suit your taste or resemble my patterns. All you have to do is klick the + button at the end of the listet pictures in the game and add your own pictures directly from your computer.
