Levels

  • Thundering I

    Grants a 25% chance for 15% of weapon damage to spread as lightning damage.

  • Thundering II

    Grants a 33% chance for 30% of weapon damage to spread as lightning damage.

  • Thundering III

    Grants a 50% chance for 50% of weapon damage to spread as lightning damage.

Enchantment book

The Thundering enchantment book grants level I. The Enchantsmith (in Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains) applies it to an item and upgrades it to level II and III as the Enchantsmith's level rises; the book is kept and can be used any number of times. Enchanting needs Echo Shards.
