    Swirl deals an additional 50% of weapon damage to nearby enemies.

  • Swirling II

    Swirl deals an additional 75% of weapon damage to nearby enemies.

  • Swirling III

    Swirl deals an additional 100% of weapon damage to nearby enemies.

Enchantment book

The Swirling enchantment book grants level I. The Enchantsmith (in Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains) applies it to an item and upgrades it to level II and III as the Enchantsmith's level rises; the book is kept and can be used any number of times. Enchanting needs Echo Shards.
The Swirling book drops in the loot of The Sift.
