    Wave deals 20% of weapon damage and freezes mobs for a short time, slowing their attacks and movement.

Enchantment book

The Frost Crescent enchantment book grants level I. The Enchantsmith (in Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains) applies it to an item and upgrades it to level II and III as the Enchantsmith's level rises; the book is kept and can be used any number of times. Enchanting needs Echo Shards.
