Levels

  • Power Amplifier I

    Artifact usage applies 20% damage amplification to your next melee or ranged attack.

  • Power Amplifier II

    Artifact usage applies 30% damage amplification to your next melee or ranged attack.

  • Power Amplifier III

    Artifact usage applies 40% damage amplification to your next melee or ranged attack.

Enchantment book

The Power Amplifier enchantment book grants level I. The Enchantsmith (in Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains) applies it to an item and upgrades it to level II and III as the Enchantsmith's level rises; the book is kept and can be used any number of times. Enchanting needs Echo Shards.
The Power Amplifier book drops in the loot of The Sift.
