Opis moda
( House Only, to work with the 0.1.6 update ) Based on the 1011 Willowtree Lane of Bliss Bay (InZOI). -> Patch version 0.1.7 has given us real address and street name. -> This house was built on the lot now called : 340 Mountain Scarf Drive
This large family house has seen much renovations and a new unfinished basement. Enough bedrooms even for a family of 14-20 paras... Definitely okay for the unmodded maximum of 8.
It features 8 Bed spaces in 7 rooms (1x2 + 6x1) on the second floor, A 2-toilets bathroom with both a Shower and a Bath, and a new gym/study room on the First. In the basement is another large bathroom (2 toilets + bath + shower) but the other rooms down there have been left unfinished on purpose for you to adapt as you need them.
Cost 102'250 Paradimes
-- Enjoy !!
