Sunset View House Reno

I belive this house has the best view in Melino. Just outside the historic town square, next to a park and train station, with a spectacular view of the ocean, mountains and farmlands. But, because of the early access, the basement looks like a portal to Nether. And the only balcony in the house looks to the neighbour's wall instead of the view. I tried to bring this house to its full potential. No more creepy basement, or wall view from the balcony.
