Redstone Manor

Redstone Manor sits imposingly on the lot next to the elementary school. Once used as city hall, it was converted to a residence some years ago. It was built using imported redstone from a far off land. The house features a rounded room with a view of the beach, a lovely front porch to have your morning coffee, and a plush reading nook upstairs. As furnished it is ready for an artist, chef, or bookworm. Two rooms remain unfurnished, ready for a growing family or paras with a lot of hobbies! With some redecorating, it could easily lean into cottagecore, witchy, or spooky vibes. Enjoy! At $35k this house should be affordable on an easy mode starter. I playtested it for full functionality.
