The Chantry is a lovely Victorian inspired manor with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is also plenty of space to add more in the attic space and basement. Be sure porch steps are level with ground when placing. The most intricate feature is the grand staircase, with two platform turns curving toward a second floor balcony sitting room. On the ground floor is a hidden room off the parlor, accessible only through the secret bookcase door. A beautiful porch surrounds the first floor, while the second floor sports its own private balcony space.
